Prepare and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents. Conduct quantity take-offs and site measurements. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons. Monitor project budgets and prepare progress claims. Ensure compliance with contract terms and industry standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field (essential). NCT/NVQ Level 6 in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification (essential). Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and estimation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other QS-related software. Prior experience in brand advertising-related construction is an advantage.
