• Oversee financial strategy, planning, and budgeting • Manage cash flow, investments, and risk • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements • Lead and supervise the finance team; strengthen internal controls • Prepare and present financial reports to management/board

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred) • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA) • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity • Expert knowledge of accounting standards and taxation • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
